Didn't have cream cheese for bagels and tried to offer butter instead, not even an apology. Butter is nothing like cream cheese aside from being dairy lol. The only reason a breakfast and coffee place usually runs out of commodity items like cream cheese is negligence by the management to maintain enough stock for every week to never run out

Service here is always very quick. For most people, this is probably all that matters. For the people who loiter, the staff are also very nice and attentive. Even though the place is very busy much of the time, the staff will occasionally ask if you want refills without prompting. This is a good thing BTW, not a knock on the staff.

Fast and friendly service. Easy parking is a plus.
