Starbucks

I am a frequent flyer at this Starbucks because it is on my way to work. I absolutely love the staff so this 3 is no reflection on them, but it is a reflection of the management. Their parking lot has been tore up for years, but it never stopped their business; but getting it fixed will. Every business they share a lot with has decided to remodel and fix at the same time, which in turns leaves their consumers no place to park. The one morning in a month that I decide to get coffee, I use Pecan Point lot across the street because they aren’t open this early in the morning and I get a boot on my car. The most expensive coffee I’ve ever bought. I will no longer visit this Starbucks until they get their affairs in order and I suggest others do the same. Starbucks should have made a temporary contract with this lot to not further inconvenience their patrons. Now you have a few of us pissed off and I’m mad enough to tell the world about it! Starbucks Strike!!!!!!

This rating reflects The fact that at times, a seamless Interaction with less than desirable individuals can take place at a moments notice...truth be told though, this downtown location fairs better than many other cities

Live their hot chocolate!

could have more indoor seating. Didn't want to take up a 4 seat table by myself to complete an email for work, sat down next to someone near the door & it probably came across as weird. Outdoor seating is great tho but useless in the heat of summer

Honestly the best Starbucks I've gone too in Charlotte. Very friendly staff and make sure to have what you want.

Pleasant Staff. A really nice place to sip your morning drink, check up on your in-box, chat with strangers lol...oh and did I forget? no I did not, it's also a great neighborhood.

Good coffee.

Michael was exceptionally helpful and kind. I asked for my mobile order to be steamed or to add some hot water and he remade the drink entirely and made sure it was perfect. He even added that next time I place a mobile order he will remember to steam it, which totally not expected but so appreciated! Hospitality goes a long way and I will definitely be recommending this location to others!

Love the ambiance and coffee and joy chocolate.

It's Starbucks!!! Staff is always friendly and the coffee is always great. The bathrooms however could use some work...
