Very nice. New Starbucks and between Asheville and Hickory, the last one for a really long distance. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Highly recommend this location.

Price is always a little high to me but always very respectful and clean!

Open space, free Wi-F...never crowded and a good place to set up your mobile office. Private spaces are limited.

Stopped here very early am for a coffee on my way out of town, the staff was just delightful, which was impressive given the hour! 😊

It's great. I love Starbucks atmosphere, staff & Wi-Fi. Just wish they had better coffee. So many incredible, artisan roasters around here that there's just no comparison.

Coffee was great young lady at the window was very nice and positive. I dont like getting corrected when I call it a large. I literally never buy coffee when I'm 100 percent awake cut me some slack. See you guys later this week.

Cool and calm place. We enjoyed coffee and some delicious food. They served some samples and that was so delicious. Loved it !

Black Mt. store is gaining momentum. I think vacation travelers will soon begin to come in and get their cafe mojo for driving.
