Ordered 20 minutes ahead for a 15 minute waiting time and had to wait over an hour to actually get my drink. When I asked when it would be ready the staff said they aren't responsible for knowing when it would be made, however if you order in person you get your drink in 2 minutes

The lady there looks like she wants to kill you. Also, she can't do her job. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was room temperature. It is also confusing when picking up drinks, because it would be to much of a bother for them to write your name on it. I always get great service at Starbucks, but this is the worst one I have ever seen and would suggest you never go there again.

I was here at like 7:30 in the morning so there were little to no other customers, but regardless the staff was super friendly and quick!

There's a long wait usually but ONLY because of how many students are ordering here, not because of the service. The service here is very good. Food items such as sandwiches and other lunch options are not available here.
