Great coffee but can't use Google pay there

Crew is accommodating and Friendly! Management on the other hand not so much. In one word RUDE. The manager completely lacked any knowledge of the general rules of customer service....a simple thak you or no problem goes a long way. Oh well Starbucks in Boonsboro after the 3rd time won't be seeing my money again.

This is my go-to starbucks before work. The drive thru is always fairly quick. I do wish that the app ordered drinks had their own section instead of asking the cashier. I had to wait in line a few times in order to ask.

Lot's of loitering people inside occupying tables without purchasing coffee. Very dirty bathroom. We went elsewhere.

We to Starbucks to get coffee. There were 6 people working. I waited 10 mins for my order to be taking. No one greeted me when i walked in no one acknowledged me. Placed my order was never thanked. 5 mins later I get my coffee and it taste like water down coffee. There were 5 people in drive thru. But 3 up front. No one was infront of me during my visit. The worst experience I've ever had at any starbucks location.

This is a well located coffee shop with great views and service. One of the nicest things about this location is that it is really not near a local college or University, so though the place is busy, (aren't Starbucks always?) It is not obnoxiously so. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The drinks are made correctly, and the restaurant is clean.

Orders not correct on the last three visits, the last two even had the correct order on the cup label. Never had a problem until recently. Look elsewhere until they get past this slump.

This Starbucks has a great outdoor patio.

My sister and I walked in on a Sunday and there was nowhere to sit so we were just going to order and leave. The barista acknowledged our entrance, but took his time with whatever he was doing so we just stood by the register waiting for a long time. The food behind the glass had fuzzy blue mold on it; the kitchen looked disorganized; and the four baristas were moving like snails to make two orders. In the end, we awkwardly left without even placing an order. Never going back.

I love Starbucks cold coffee. 19399 Forest Road (221) location. There is a drive thru at this location.

Love the drive through, so convenient! 😉

Generally really good and pretty fast. Every once in a while you get a barista that doesnt know what they are doing and messes up the ratios on the drinks.

Very kool stand alone starbucks! Baristas were geeat!
