I like to come here every Friday morning as my end of the work week treat. I have my usual drinks that I order (Pumpkin Spice Latte during fall and Matcha Green Tea Latte) but every now and then I like to try other things. So far, every drink I've ordered is great! The morning staff, Yoseph and Jerry, are friendly, quick and consistent.

The pit stop of the Gypsies people and homeless! They wait for vulnerable customers and watch them ! A big gypsy woman came to me and ask what time is it ? And my purse was in front of her with the cart I had then! I just looked at her and move the cart so she can’t reached my bag! That was a close call for me ! If I had looked at my watch she could’ve just took it and run away ! I don’t think I am coming back with a handbag there ever again! Beware of this place !

Odd location, but very glad I tried the green tea frappucino. Also lovely staff knew me by name by the end of the week.

I've been getting Caramel Macchiato for years, and last night when I ordered one at this location, it was anything but Caramel Macchiato. The guy (Carlos) forgot that Caramel is actually in the recipe. He gave me a regular coffee with foam on top. Never stopping at this location again.Starbucks inside Vons @ 155 W. Moved and this is the Starbucks on my new route. Been four times in last week and twice no one was at the counter. Had to wait over 5 minutes. Ridiculous! Employees make you wait sometimes if they are busy before even acknowledging you're there. If Starbucks was a representation of this location, it would be closed!

Maybe someone should order adequate amount of supplies instead of having to tell customers you're running out of certain cups...guess it's asking too much.
