About 10 people working and 15 minutes to make a grande latte, everyone too busy talking, spoke to the manger that only makes excuses on why they can’t seem to do better, beyond lazy staff, would not last a second at a store in the city, stop talking and start working!

Starbucks is great for coffee, especially their pumpkin spice latte! I love their flavored coffee hot or cold. They are pricy but if you're short on time and just want to use the drive thru it's very convenient. For me Starbucks is a treat, I don't like to spend $5.00 a day for coffee. But if you do, go for it!

Slowest service ever

I’m a former Starbucks Employer who has worked in an area with a large customer population. I came to buy a drink and I understand there are lots of customers but the employees are lackadaisical and sluggish. There is no rush as the purchase and waiting line is out the door. We have been waiting 45 minutes for our drink...wish I could have jumped behind the counter and helped out.
