Starbucks

I don't go often to this location but the times I've been there they have been very polite and quick.

I was told they don't take orders, lol isnt that the job and go to the Star bucks across the street which was much better customer service and very friendly.

Mascara latte was fine, but no heavy cream available. Bugs in the bakery case kept me from ordering anything baked. Ordered bacon gruyere bites & ended up with egg white bites. When I brought them back I was simply told they didn't have any others. Definitely was not worth going out of my way for & very disappointing.

When I already pay for an overpriced coffee, I at least expect to get a full cup, not 3/4 full 😡

Horrible customer service. Plus, it took them a very long time to get me 1, I repeat 1 Cappuccino. Instead go to the Starbucks on S. 27th St. It might be out of your way but it is worth it.

Horrible experience today. Ordered iced Carmel apple latte, received whipped cream and apple juice. Employee refused to correct or take back/refund order. This location is notorious for making orders incorrectly and then not making it right. If there was a way to give less than 1 star this place would deserve it.

Go to the one across the street before you go to target. They said they were out of medium cups so had to get a large and they didnt charge the medium price or offer to just fill it less. Also were going to charge $4.50 for a tall comfort tea with soy milk. I have gotten this over a dozen times and they only charge me for the tea and .75 for the soy. I told them that and they refused to do it and also do not take starbucks points but only for a free drink ... never going again.

LOVE their frappes. A little pricey but great drinks and food.
