Absolute joke! Watery coffee at a high price!!A load of teenagers running the place. No manager it seems.Asked me my name, i asked if she wanted me to claeicl and sje just wrote any old name down. Waiting for ages as a name was called which wasnt mine, Arlin?! Ended up having to check the coffees myself.Queues of coffees and people so seems i wasnt the only one. Mighty price for angry experience!!

If you are visiting the Bridgewater mall and are in need of a quick refreshment of caffeine boost, then this is where you should stop off at. But 99% of the population knows the Starbucks brand so I'll quickly mention the store. It's small with only a few tables and one long table. They have wireless charging stations at the tables of you have a phone that uses that. If not I think they have adapters for you to use. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

So dirty...the employees used to wear dirty uniforms too and there was a fly over there .

I always enjoy my Starbuck experience I'm was sorry to hear they had problems but I am so proud of them for changing. I definitely intend to go back.

This Starbucks just moved to it's new location about a week and a half ago... it is very nice and spacious, the old location was narrow and cramped... this new location also has a drive-thru which is convenient... it is also in a good stand alone location with a good flow of traffic.

Super slow. Workers just talk. Although my drink was good.

A very, very busy location. They are well staffed and the shop is clean. The staff is friendly. The seating is limited. Update: I have visited this location many times and must say the staff is much better than it was and the new seating layout is better.

In the Somerville store any guy was writing incorrect my name when I bought my cup of coffee

Love starbucks , their Citrus defender hot tea , passion tango iced lemonade , their matcha green frap as , this week had a cloud macchiato , excepted it didnt look as the picture , I highly recommend and also the app as well everything is so fast !.
