Starbucks

Had to do my latte twice. It still was not right but I just gave up! They would not do a ceramic cup for a stay in grande. Said they could only do talls! Since when? This location needs better management and training

Awesome staff. Very friendly. With the plethora of Starbucks in the Bay Area it can be difficult sometimes to differentiate between stores. However, this is a cozy and welcoming place.

Three employees in the place, but with two of them in the back, one employee was left to deal with 8 customers in line. Long delays, partially used containers covering every inch of counter space, and the one employee responding "we don't have that anymore" to 5 out of 8 customers didn't make a great impression.And then they closed at 6.... Had the new hours been posted more prominently, I'd have definitely gone to Peet's (open until 8pm) instead.
