Starbucks

The employees at this starbucks are incredibly rude! I was denied service twice in 2 days. I've never seen such terrible customer service. There are only like 10 parking spots. And both days customers were honking at each other because the lot is so cramped. If anybody is in the drive thru, expect the wait several minutes just to leave. Basically, if you like waiting in line for 15 minutes just to be told the won't serve you then wait another 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot this is the place for you. What a waste of time and space. This place should be shut down.

Went through drive-thru, ordered Royal English Breakfast Tea LATTE... I later found out I paid for just 2 tea bags in hot water. No sugar, no milk, just unsweetened hot tea. Totally disappointing. Especially when I ordered to bring to someone as a surprise "treat". Next time I'll just tell them which ingredients I expect. :/

I have a severe latex allergy as many people do. STARBUCKS - besides her NOT changing gloves between customers there is NO notification of Latex use. This is a common allergy with various degrees of severity. If I didn’t see that box the reaction could have been life threatening. Normally I ask if in question, Starbucks has never had any staff using latex anywhere I have travelled. Also, as a nurse, unless gloves are changed between each customer you are cross contaminating. Do you want us nurses going patient to patient without hand washing or changing gloves?????

I loved getting my fresh made coffee here. Customer service was outstanding.

Everything was good,except they only have a small inventory of yogurt.

Friendly staff, always great coffee whether you like the house blend or a frap. Plenty of seating, sound absorbs well, perfect for either a quiet study or a small group. Beware of the small parking lot however, it's hard to park anything larger than a sedan, and it's easier to back in and pull straight out than pull in and have to back out.

It was always super fun and easy oh if the hot coco is to hot ask for kid temp

This location was nice, it was different than others somehow but I couldn't put my finger on it...the service was different. Maybe they're just busier?

Good service even early

this is one of the newest Starbucks in Columbus. I really like this one with the updated design, but the location is Very tiny, and parking is very limited, VERY VERY limited. Just A Heads Up! (Meeting with friends or meetings?) Inside holds 20 people max. It should of been bigger especially with the college right down the street, and being of a major/popular street in town. Other than that, Amazing.

Yet, another infuriating experience at starbucks. When we ordered, my fiancé couldn’t use his starbucks points because the barista refused to ask him before finalizing the order. Then, we waited 25 minutes for his black coffee. The two baristas were chatting and laughing about something on their phones behind the counter. Then, we went to the register to find out what was taking so long and another barista got him his coffee right away, and it was cold. Nobody apologized for the long wait by the way. This starbucks has terrible customer service. Another reason to despise this monopoly of a coffee company.

Love the Caramel brulee latte. Not to sweet but definitely delicious.

Its Starbucks. You pay more but it tastes delicious. 🤷‍♀️

Great coffee as always! This location is probably the best one in Columbus in my opinion. The quality and flavor seems to outshine the other ones. Employees always happy to help and work well with each other.

Excellent service! Ordered the wrong drink for my daughter. The server overheard me talking to a friend about it. Despite my willingness to accept my error and order the correct drink, he offered to replace it at no charge. Entire staff was friendly.
