Staff is mostly nice (there are definitely a few condescending and unhelpful girls that work there) but this store is CONSTANTLY out of things and never mark it on the app. If this is a technical difficulty then it’s been happening way too long for it to still be an acceptable excuse.

It's a Starbucks so the food and drinks are well known. Service is excellent and if you are a regular a couple of the employees seem to make it a point to remember you and your typical order. Plenty of seating and outlets to go with that if needed.

This Starbucks is very clean and lots of seating. However there seems to be lots of staffing issues and inventory issues. They are constantly out of things, particularly breakfast food. There seems to be a lot of young men who work there that are very unfocused and chatty with each other (which always seems to affect the accuracy of my order). Whenever I get in the drive through line and it’s a team of guys running the show it takes FOREVER. Like I was literally in the drive through for 20min one day. If it’s the team of ladies everything runs smoothly, and if for some reason something does get messed up, they take care of it in a respectful manner and quickly.

This location has messed up my drink countless times. From the drink half full to adding ingredients I didn’t ask for to forgetting to add ingredients I did ask for. It’s in a convenient location but unfortunately the staff keeps making mistakes with the order whether it’s drive through or mobile order.

The staff at this site are always wonderfully sweet and helpful. The drinks always come out great as well! My favorite Starbucks hands down.
