They are generally okay, but often understaffed because Kroger won’t train or hire more workers. My biggest complaint though is despite the dozen or so cold brew ads they have, I’ve never been able to order cold brew here. Always “out right now†or “we don’t have cold brewâ€

I always love Starbucks. Even if my drink isn't quite right they make it again without question.. Which has only happened once over the years and with a newbie. The only thing to make it better would be mobile order.
