Starbucks

Very busy today. They were wonderful, smiling great customer service . A lot of customers were impatient since it was so busy. Kudos to the staff today.

Nice place to visit on the way to Illinois on I43 near Lake Geneva. Crazy approach road to get into the right place. Had to circle back to the highway for second try. Some signs for directing traffic would be great.

The staff is nice and usually pretty good, although I've had to repeat orders, both in the drive through and in person.

I'm rarely impressed with Starbucks. Everything is too sugary and removed from the simple pleasures of a truly great cup of coffee or espresso. I only go there when I have to for caffeine.

Nice Starbucks it's on the smaller side so not a ton of seating if your meeting for business and no privacy. They have an outdoor patio but most importantly the barista was skilled and made an excellent latte. Seems like that would be obvious but you would be surprised how varied the drink quality is between Starbucks locales. Not just anyone can make their drinks and once you have one made correctly, you measure all their stores by that standard.

Had to wait a real long time in the drive thru 15 min...nitro machine was out of order!!!couldn't ge the coffee I wanted

Real coffee at Arcedium in St. Charles! They'd beat starbulks every minute of every day!
