Very good for so many years but there is always room for improvement in their coffee mastery.

General morning but woman at register needs more training.

I have the app and was driving and decided to stop at this shop cause it was on my route. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Unorganized and confused staff. The girl started my drink left it there and started 2 more!!! I had to ask her can you please finish mines. I waited 7 mins in the store mind you it took me 5 to get there. The line for app orders was longer than the regular line. Sad and disappointed!!!!

Good and experienced enough staff, wide menu and good space to lounge for a few minutes. Sometimes put too much milk in lattes but overall good atmosphere. Though if it’s after school ends it gets hectic and it depends on who’s working whether or not you get something good.

Starbucks is an institution when it comes to coffee shops. Consistent taste, knowledgeable staff, efficient in their service to the client, the atmosphere is comfortable for a Parent and child to enjoy some rime together as much as a casual business meeting as much as a coffee with a date.This is a coffee shop and there is no feeling that you must get your coffee and get out.And that's why I look for Starbucks where ever I travel

People who work there are so nice, best staff I’ve ever dealt with in Starbucks over the world. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Though it could be crowded sometimes, it’s a great place to get your work done/study.

Only this location in MA charge extra for refill and when I saw Mobil app. Terms that coffee or tea refill is free but they don’t care and told me we charge for it. It’s not matter of few cent but Starbucks big name and as a customer we want same policy every location. No problem at newton, Needham and Dedham location but only this one. Twice happen here and now I don’t want to visit this location again. Very very disappointed

Service is good, but this place needs more training. Drinks taste sooooo different every time ordering here.
