The worst Starbucks of all time. I place mobile orders about 15 minutes before arrival and still have to wait longer than if I just showed up and stood in line. Definitely curbing my Starbucks addiction.

Small, but convenient to downtown area. Unlike other nearby location, does take advantage of free Rewards program. Not the coolest Starbucks, but still approved.

Way too long wait times (20 minutes) for one drink to be worth the time. There are other options in the area that aren’t as frustrating

Bad work ethics, and they make excuses for bad performance. Mobile order placed...arrived 3 mins after mobile order, confirmed on the ticket...recieved order 12 mins after arrived, confirmed times with discussion with barista and manager. Staff said order "just came in" as an excuse. Am I overreacting? While I stood there for 9 mins, I counted 4 customers (not including the person that just wanted water) order in the store and leave. There were 4 staff members working behind the counter. In 12 mins 4 workers couldn't properly manage 5 customers.There needs to be some serious retraining.

Service was slow. Staff more interested in gossiping and giving each other high fives rather than, you know, making the coffees. Certainly explained why there was a queue when we arrived....and left... :-(

I ordered 3 different drinks, two of them being a tie dye Frappuccino and another a nitro brew. The barista clearly had a IDGAF attitude. She clearly needs to find a new job because providing competent starbucks service is not her forte. She poured about a 1/4 nitro brew and 3/4 foam but this was after she tried to pass of a regular coffee as a nitro cold brew.

Drinks were standard Starbucks quality. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches which were cold in the center. The staff made us two new ones that were much hotter but the bun was then burnt. Personalities of the staff are hit or miss depending on who is serving you.

The worst Starbucks. Employees can’t take a simple order to save their life. This is the 3rd time we have been in there and every time, it’s an issue to get a simple drink. Start over and get a new staff or just close up shop.
