Horrible service. I wonder if the workers here get to be interviewed before start working, because they all act very unprofessionally and unfriendly.

Ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, not given a receipt nor asked for a name. In the end I got handed a normal cold brew. Wasn’t given an explanation when asked. Did staff not know how to make it? Disappointing.

Service was horrible. I asked for white chocolate mocha and i got chocolate mocha. When i asked then to change it the lady Angela was insisted to prove was white chocolate mocha. They didnt changed and i spend my money for nothing.

This Starbucks gets good business, but the wait time is so long. Food options are very limited in this terminal so if you can buy snacks and food (dry) then you're saving yourself the high cost and wait time. It seems another place will be opening, not sure when but doesn't seem like it is anytime soon. I decided to find food elsewhere. I kid you not, I bought food elsewhere and got through before the guy who was behind me in the Starbucks line.

Extremely terrible service.Since we are not allowed to bring water (and I needed hot water) with us passing through the security, I made a purchase at this Starbucks location and ask for two cups of hot water to fill up my thermos and she said they can only give out ONE cup only, regardless if you have made a purchase or not. The staff looked completely unpleasant at her customer. This is the worst Starbucks service I’ve ever had in any location worldwide. It would be great if google can offer no star rating.

Was at this location at 3:30pm on May 20 and was shocked at the lack of customer service. There was a huge line, yet I’ve never seen barista’s work so slowly at a Starbucks. I also had the pleasure of educating the cashier that skim milk and almond milk are 2 different things, and my request for skim milk should not result in a $0.80 charge for almond milk. Took nearly 2 mins to convince her that skim milk is regular milk without fat- aka non-fat milk, and that it is different than almond milk. Unfortunately there aren’t many alternatives in this terminal. Don’t bother lining up here unless you have lots of time to kill and some serious patience...

Long line, and they had a person take your order from people in the line...that was fine. I made a mistake and after receiving my coffee asked them to replace it, which I rarely do, yet is a part of the Starbucks experience and general customer service. (You pay for that when you fork out $5.00 For a coffee. When I asked for a new drink and told them it was my fault "sorry", the staff member rambled in in an other language yet I sure she was not saying nice things about me. After her boss gave her the go ahead and she passed me my new drink she said" next time you have to pay".The company running Starbucks at YYZ needs a redo on training it think.
