Because they charge top dollar for cream cheese bagel but can't even be bother to put the cheese on for you so you waste your time not theirs .

Staff is some of the best I've encountered at any Starbucks. Unfortunately the cafe is usually packed with people, but it's always clean and well maintained. Drinks are always on point!
