The staff here are great! I went in after the staff had a traumatic even happen at the store and they were still great. Got my order right without a problem and served me with a smile. These guys deserve a tip every time anyone goes in they are troopers.

This Starbucks is located inside of Chapters, and I absolutely love this location. Staffs are friendly, and drinks are decent. Most of all, in this location, there is a long and big desk next to a big window which can fit around six people. I like to read and write here early in the morning when there are not so many people around. This place can be quite busy during lunch time and in the afternoon.

Love that when you walk in you are treated like family. Staff are amazing and I cannot say enough amazing things about them! Sam, Jason, Kyle, Fred, and so many others that I cannot even think of their names right now because there are so many amazing staff that take the time to know you, your choices, and welcome you with open arms. So much more than a typical Starbucks. If I'm elsewhere in the city, Starbucks isn't always my first pick, just as happy with Tim Hortons, but the people here make this Starbucks happen and thrive.

On a drab day I had driven out from the west end for a book and was delighted with the atmosphere at this Starbucks. The coffee was good, the service was cheerful, attentive and prompt and the servers were enjoying themselves and their customers. Their area was very clean and well organized; there was space to get around with the work table in a bright area that was apart from the cafe tables. It was (completely aside from the book) well worth the drive.

Went here on a Saturday night shortly after 10 for a quick vegan caffeine fix on my way to a night shift. I appreciate that they were open later than all the other Starbucks in the area. Staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door and service was speedy quick. Highly recommend their iced vanilla coconut latte.
