Nice starbucks. Quick service. Located inside a park. The open air seats on the roof are very relaxing to sit at and look out over the park.

I believe this is the busiest Starbucks in UAE and possibly the entire GCC region. It is in the middle of a park and probably the only Starbucks in Al-Ain with a drive-through which is a terrible idea as it causes major traffic problems for the people who are there just to enjoy the park. The roof terrace is excellent when the weather is nice. The crowd is young, lots of college students.

Drive thru staff customer service was very disappointing, very rude and discriminating staff. despite showing my id that i am a health care staff the insist that only staff who works in hospitals can get free coffee. i’m working in a clinic and thought that free coffee was also given for nurses in clinics. this my first time to take from this branch.

WiFi is intermittent. A lot of noise and loud talking from staff. Otherwise, usual Starbucks product.

if you are here for the Wifi then you are definitely in the wrong place. they have a very slow Wifi. otherwise the drinks are the same as in any other starbucks
