Though the wait was unsurprisingly long, Koreigh kept at it and remained attentive. He gave me lovely compliments on my hair and brightened my mood with an engaging conversation. Starbucks should feel honored to have him on their staff as #1 smile-bringer.

Slowest service of any starbucks I’ve been to. Always at least a 15 min wait even in the drive thru.

If you don’t have anywhere to be and enjoy spending at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru, then this Starbucks won’t disappoint. This has happened on the last several occasions I visited. One time I walked out because I couldn’t get any service inside. The last time I came, I had to drive over the curb to leave the drive-thru because the line did not move for 8 minutes before I made it to place my order. They need some help here. They are going to lose business if they keep this up.

Always have to wait so long. Have had my order wrong twice. Nice location should = better service but, unfortunately, not in this case🤔

THE ONE INSIDE KROGER IS TERRIBLE. I WAS OVER CHARGED AND THE DRINK WAS SO BAD I ASKED FOR IT TO BE REMADE AND THEY REFUSED. I LEFT THE DRINK ON THE COUNTER.
