I frequently visit this location and would say I'm mostly satisfied with my orders. There have been quite a few inconsistencies that make me question spending my there like excessive ice, missing drizzle on top, and missing flavored syrups. I hope these issues are addressed.

This is a great Starbucks location, lots of nice areas to post up and get work done or collaborate with people on various projects. Heavy line and foot traffic at times but where isn't this true? One of the bigger and better locations around town to be sure. Quieter as a whole than the downtown Burlington location.

What a dedicated crew. 1 machine down this morning and they hustled to get mobile orders done alongside walk-ins and still kept smiling. Always happy to see them in the morning!

Love the cold brew, but ALL and EVERY Starbucks look alike. You could be anywhere. No local flavor.

Every time we order, we try to use their app becuase we are on the road and seems to be more convenient, which guarantees it will be ready in 3 minutes. Not once has that been the case. It literally takes about 20 to 25 minutes after ordering. This only happens at the Shelburne Rd location. The quality is always good but the service is terrible.

Love Starbucks and this one was so clean and it had nice people and I recommend it for a travel or something.

Nice enough starbucks. Always clean whenever I've been there and they move through the line quickly. Also a nice high ceiling in the space. Not much of a view to drink your coffee (Shelburne Road).

Just you average Starbucks. Never had a bad experience here nor an over the top one. Can get super busy here so I do recommend doing the online ordering first but not necessary. Enjoy the coffee!

Most of the associates are simply straight up rude. I normally don't complain about establishments only because I come from eight years of retail myself, but they really need to work on people skills... At least the weekend staff from I've seen
