This place could be 5 stars, but at peak times, the employees are pulled in several directions which makes the customer experience not great - long waits. They have drive-through, walk-in (take-away, and dine-in), and mobile order. At times, you can count 9-10 employees behind the counter, and still a long line to order, and a long line to wait for the order. Employees are doing the best they can, but this is a poorly designed layout that doesn't match the workflow required for the types of customers that come here. For this 'store,' I think Starbucks split the employees (one crew that deals purely with drive-through and mobile orders), and another crew for walk-in customers. Unfortunately even this idea is not optimal as there are lulls and surges...which can be hard to staff appropriately.Other than that, most of the employees are nice, and the drinks and food are largely consistent as you'd expect from a Starbucks.

We asked for a caramel ribbon crunch frapp decaf, a cookie crunch decaf, coffee cake, and a dounught. The caramel ribbon crunch had caffeine, the coffee cake took a really long time to get and was BURT and we had to remind him twice about the doughnut 🍩 and he didn’t belive we ordered it and almost came to check us. And the dounught tasted like cardboard like no cap I’m not kidding plz help I’m scared that I’m being poisoned by the barista he is watching me. Send help. Ahhhhhhh

this place is wack. there will legit be a line with noone at the register and multiple employees behind the counter just loitering. where i work if there's one customer in line we sprint to give them service, but here lol they're fine waiting till the line gets to 5, 6, 7 people before anyone takes their order. i get it if they're busy but they will legit be doing nothing. like standing in place, looking at the ground. doing legit nothing. WHY DO YOU HURT ME LIKE THIS I JUST WANT MY MEDIOCRE OVERPRICED CAFFEINATED BEVERAGE

Yes it's a Starbucks, but it's one of my favorite locations. Comfortable seating for individuals and groups both indoor and outdoor. Plenty of handicapped accessibility. Great space and lighting, friendly staff.

Maybe staff has change, maybe Starbucks...but this Starbucks is so much worse than it used to be when they were in there old location in Swampscott. Here:my order always wrong, the store is not cosy, nor it’s clean...The place doesn’t invite you to stay and sit anymore, Yes, it’s bigger now and they have a great outdoor seating spots, but if you want Starbucks I would advice to go to a Marblehead location, which is way better. Sad...

Their mode their mobile system is constantly down and a will not let you should have an order started over the phone even though it's a huge inconvenience not be able to mobile order when you have to go to work. THE DRIVE THTU ISNT A QUICK TURNAROUND WIT 9 CARS IN IT NO ONE HAS TIME TO WAIT IN YOUR RIDICULOUS LINE FIX YOUR MOVILE IF U CANT TAKE PHONE ORDERS OR GET FASTER I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN IDC HOW.Close u are you lost my business!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Doesn’t matter what time you go, what you order, if you mobile order, etc. I avoid this Starbucks whenever I can.

Doing grub hub THE STORE HAS A MESSAGE that says go in the store and pickup they made me wait 25 minutes in a drive thru line which was for ordering food which we weren't doing unbelievable even the salem starbucks let's you go in horrible starbucks bad employees horrible never again

Ever since it became a drive through in this new location this place lost foot customer focus. The interior is dirty and lacks any cosines. I wish the manager visited this location more often.
