I do like Starbucks occasionally. Their chai tea and their treats are delicious. They have raised their prices, so I'm grateful to family that send me gift certificates all the time. Of course, Starbuck was originally for coffee drinkers. I am not a coffee drinker, but they have lots of coffee drinks for the coffeeaholic.

Good staff. Great place if you're most productive in a busy place. There's quiet comfy seating in the building connected to Starbucks.

This Starbucks is large and has plenty of seating. I've been there a handful of times and the service has always been great. My only complaint is that they only have half and half for a "creamer" option. Other Starbucks will have nonfat and whole milk available. Not sure why this is inconsistent between different Starbucks locations. Doesn't bother me enough to lower the rating from 5 stars though.

This is one of the best locations I've ever been to. I'm here almost daily. The staff is excellent and efficient. I've had a couple of drinks wrong before and they corrected them without hesitation. It's always super clean. Tina is excellent.

Large, clean space located in downtown DSM.

Its freezing outside. Walked in with a friend and was overwhelmed with the coziness and smell of delight. Plenty of seating fastest service and really clean and organized. Stayed longer because had a few stones and just enjoyed the environment. Downtown Des Moines. Great place must see.

While there are better Starbucks in the world this newly remodeled one downtown has everything you could want and more. The staff is friendly and quick at making your drink. Beware, it can get pretty busy at certain times of day but that's also part of the fun of going sometimes.
