Wow, the workers at this Starbucks have to be the absolute slowest and most inefficient in all of Indianapolis. I question the judgment of Starbucks hiring officials to place such ineffective workers as what has to be perhaps the business location in town. Save yourself and don’t come here!

Ask for tea at 11 AM- after standing in a long line. Lady said they were out of black tea. Ask for lemon- she said she was out of lemon. Took her time talking to her Co workers. Wasn't in a hurry at all. Ignored her customers. Almost made me late for my plane. How do you run out of tea and lemon at 11AM. Horrible service!

The parking garage because it has direct terminal access. There is hourly parking in the garage.
As far as shops go there's a few to get things like food and some goodies but there are some places to eat as well
while booking I had seen a flight around 5 so must be before 430
also seen some ppl sleeping in central food court while arriving from a late night flight.
