I love Starbucks. Period.

Quaint little Starbucks with a fireplace to sit by for the winter months. Why am I not giving it 5 stars? Because there are a few stores that are visually amazing, like the one in Lake Forest, IL.

I don’t like how I ordered ahead and when I came in my food was just sitting out not being watched. The app said “ ask a barista for your order at the designated pick up areaâ€, so there’s no reason why my food was just out when there’s a virus spreading.

The guy that makes the drinks here is pretty good. He has been here so long and is good and consistent.

Everybody is really friendly, but I can't tell you how many times I have walked out with nothing because they are out of the bacon gouda sandwich! When this happens they not only lose a sandwich sale but a coffee one as well. I know I'm not the only one too.

Neat corner coffee shop. Classic Starbucks. It's a good place for business meetings

Recently redone. Really nice.

Zero friendly and kinda bullyish every single time I go to Broad Ripple...almost like I'm even afraid to order....three Baristas so far seem to not have the legendary Starbucks super friendly training... they are young, you would think they would get it.

Always a great place to stop for a hot brew. Freindly and smiling faces.

One of my favorite Starbucks Coffee Co. locations in the Indianapolis metro area. It is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly baristas, has a fireplace in its center, which is a welcome addition to this fishbowl strip mall corner spot and always has patrons. Its WiFi is excellent, and the noise levels are low enough that one can concentrate on work, or a podcast. And, if one needs a bite to eat, and not from the offerings of Starbucks, there are several literally across the street.
