Absolutely terrible.Lady had ear buds in. I literally walk in excited anticipating the arrival of my child.. attempted to ask if they were open and before I get a word out it's..."no"That was it. How this woman is in any kind of customer service is beyond me

These people are so sweet and they make a mean pink drink. Just in case your guys’ manager reads these, the two employees working here at 5:40 AM on 3/10 are doing a great job. They’re prompt and friendly, and I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks here!

What I love about Starbucks, is that no matter where I go I know what to expect. I know I will get drinks quickly at a clean location from nice people. That's exactly what I get at this location. I go here quite often because it is close to my apartment.

Location was extremely rude. Tried to get a simple coffee refill and was refused as I had ordered a (more expensive) latte drink and not "coffee" 10 minutes earlier. I travel extensively for work and have never been denied a basic coffee refill at a Starbucks. I called corporate and they told me that the location should have offered the refill and corporate policy is that lattes are eligible for free basic coffee refills. Starbucks corporate was extremely nice but I will avoid this location when I travel to Norfolk in the future.
