I wish I could give this place zero stars. Terrible service and rude staff.

While it is my understanding this shop is a franchise location, I love it. Perhaps the finest seating of any Bucks anywhere. Get your drink and walk down one half flight and enjoy your beverage overlooking the hotel's beautiful lobby.

Coffee is sub par. Coffee taste super burned if you get coffee try to get light roast its a bit better tasting.

Starbucks is always great. The staff is fast and friendly. Our drinks were great and our breakfast sandwiches were tasty.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Greenville. They always get my order right, and they’re great at handling a long line on a busy morning.

Great outdoor space around this Starbucks. They have a full menu, but they are an outlet of the Hyatt hotel next doors, so they can't honor Starbucks rewards. You can earn points and pay with your app, though.

If you like whipped cream and vanilla. The vanilla bean creme is the frappachino drink to try! It's amazing. You won't regret it. It's $3.73 including tax.

Staff was great, blonde roast already brewed and ready before opening for the day, and cool location close to everything.

This is the worst starbucks I've ever been to. Everytime, the staff is talking to each other and sitting down near the back. They laugh and finish their conversation before coming over to me and taking my order. They are rude and do not care that you're there. I order the same thing everytime and it always tastes different. I've given this place many chances, but I'd rather just go down to the other starbucks on main near the news room. Dont waste your time or money on this place. They need a better trained staff...

Friendly staff and always quick in quick out. Enjoy my daily walks to this particular location downtown greenville!

A guy working there had longer hair He kept putting his hands in his hair while waiting on me. His hair was not covered up at all.
