Starbucks

Terrible place. Reflective of the I-don't-care-about-anyone attitude of the young staff they hire. I came in today and ordered a plain coffee and they said "we don't have any brewed coffee." Excuse me? I am at a Starbucks. Right? How can you not have coffee when that's literally in your name? Took forever to fix my pour over after the manager told the barista they can do pour overs.

Service is OK. Not much more to say... it's a Starbucks.

It's either good, or bad. It depends on the barista, but even then, most aren't good.

I always feel it's hit or miss. If you get a base menu drink, just off the menu no modifiers like extra syrup, different milk, etc. The drinks are fine. But if you get your drink modified, it's hit or miss. Sometimes I walk away with a delicious drink, other times it's like I'm walking away with warmed milk.

Friendly staff, long lines around lunch time.

It's a Starbucks, what else do you want?

Spent many hours here while working on my Undergraduate studies. WiFi is lightning fast.

They took 20 minutes to make my drink.

They do a great job with getting through the orders in a quick and efficient fashion. The drinks always come out right! Thanks you guys!

Really friendly staff, they need to be paid more for putting up with the long lines, especially during finals week. Bless their souls

It's good to fill my coffee needs, but it doesn't have the same customer service I've come to expect out of starbucks

There are many seats

Its really hot in here, and they don't have any "for here" cups (ceramic with handles), and they have a jar of little packs of honey but the packs are all sticky and sticking together. Also, the Pike Place tastes way overcooked - muddy. My overall impression is that the students do not like working here, and it shows.Furthermore, there is no Starbucks wifi. You have to use Cal State Monterey Bay's "Guest" wifi, if you can get on it.

The staff are always friendly and all work really hard, plus my drinks have always tasted great!
