Thank you to Nadine and the wonderful gentleman(dark hair, light eyes but didn’t grab his name!) who served us tonight. You made our night and really went above and beyond, we will be back for sure. Please make sure you acknowledge both of them for their outstanding customer service!

Takes FOREVER to get your order, sometimes it’s not even accurate. For the price you pay, it’s more worth it to go to another location. Great chalkboard art, though!

This is one of the nicer Starbucks in a mall in that's my opinion

As they were closed its 10 pm im sitting on the patio waiting for my ride home and wanted to sit out of the way and they kicked me out very rudely. its part of the mall.. It was late at night. And they where not. Very nice about it..i will not tale my business ro wjere people will treat me like that late at night waitinf for my ride home not disturbing anyone

Maggie is an amazing Barista...she makes the perfect latte every time! You rock!

Amazing new store relocated into the Market & Co in Upper Canada Mall

Great location, extremely busy and lots of staff that keeps the line moving. Good selection of both food and beverages but also take home coffee and nic naks. One of only a few stores that serves coffee using the "Clover" machine (fancy French press) which will blow your caffeine deficient brain with blonde roast...Coffee, shop, window shop, more coffee, rinse.. repeat..

I visited this location and my purchase was over 30$ - the cashier was kind and professional. I waited to be called upon for my order, when I was called on by the barista Stella. My goodness, I don’t understand what her deal was ... she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked if I could kindly have a tray for the multiple drinks I had ordered - her tone and attitude towards me was shocking. I sat by the bar and watched how she interacted with other customers, needless to say, unlike her coworkers, she never thanked the customer, nor greeted them with kind gestures. Never going back to this Starbucks again - Stella’s customer interaction is by no means appropriate - specially in her line of work with Starbucks.

I meet my clients here at least once a week. Never ever had a bad experience. Always friendly and courteous. My latte is always consistently the same good quality.

Don't visit Starbucks too often but the Baristas at the Starbucks in the upper Canada mall take the time to ask you what type of coffee you like so they can come up with different options for you to selectEven though this location is very busy they always have the time to spend with the customer. Triple shot on ice, new goto for the summer

Good costmer service and ok coffee

My mom came to this location on Saturday July 27th, 2019, at 8 am to get a jug of coffee.The staff member told her that "she has more important things to do at the moment than to brew that jug" and that it will be a long wait until she finishes all she had to do. It was 8 am Saturday therefore not busy at all.She made her feel like a nuisance to her.When my mother replied that she will have to go to Tim Hortons for a jug, the barista told her "yes, sure, go."Starbucks is her favorite coffee and we live a walking distance to this location. Therefore it was very frustrating and rude to get such an attitude as customers. Will try to avoid this location due to the rudeness. Bad customer service.

I love this place! They just recently renovated the interior so is much more of a relaxing environment instead of fast pace. The staff are quick and kind. We'll definitely be returning.
