Nice staff polite and humble coming here for the last 2 years every single day...jade & Janiffer and ghizal..are awesome. ..It's not that others are not...I don't know the names Keep it up 👍 I love it...

Great place, fast service

Service is always unfriendly but more importantly, very often they get my order wrong and due to my allergy I have been very ill as a result. I have brought this to their attention and didn't get as little as a sorry. I avoid this location now.

Have to admire the chutzpah of a Starbucks whose debit machine asks you for a tip, before serving you an intensely bitter 6$ iced mocha without the option of a straw. :) (edit: once i found a straw to use at my office, i realized all the flavour was on the bottom, so coffee wasn't actually bitter, adjust rating up to 3/5 stars)

Worst Starbucks ever. Coffee tastes like watered down a$$water. Food is terribly stale. Green tea latte taste like liquid garbage. Avoid this place at all costs

Overpriced coffee shop with horrible coffee, long que, overworked and underpaid staff and snobbish clientele....

Amaze balls the iced caramel frap is delicious and tastes like caramel ice cream everytime im near a starbucks since i live in a city thats too small i go and get one cause they are soo good.

Expensive but I never had a bad experience or bad beverage at any location.

Placed in Delta Hilton Hotel, my first place to visit in Canada. Missed first call to collect order. No second call. Did not like set up as compared to the UK.

After 5 customers told the staff that none of the coffees were hot they first didn’t believe us and then didn’t even say sorry as we all grumpily walked away with luke warm drinks.

I am a huge Starbucks fan... This Starbucks has the worst service of any I have visited. The baristas didn't even seem to be helping each other out, nevermind being helpful to customers.

Very quick service. Barista was kind and informative. Washroom were clean.
