The customer service is great. They’re very polite & understanding, and go above & beyond.

Harold takes the best orders and triple checks we have the right items. Dillon is also awesome. ask for Harold or Dillon!!! They the caramel to the coffee!!!

I stop going to Starbucks after they found a problem with a few Blacks who were waiting at the restaurant. Sometimes if I Am waiting for someone else to arrive, I may sit anticipating the arrival. I too am BLACK.

Hot coffee was great temp. Barista was awesome. The place was neat, clean and extremely well maintained.

The place is nice and clean. There are many seats outside and insides. Also the atmosphere is good. But the taste of the Frappuccino is worse than the other Starbucks. The two drinks I ordered don’t taste as good as they do when I order them from other stores. I don’t know how it happened but that’s the reason why I don’t give them 5 stars.

Jess is by far the BEST one there, her voice at the drive thru is always energetic and sweet! Always gets your order accurate and make sure that’s what you want! I’m always happy to see her when she’s there! ☕️❤️

Love Starbucks on powerline Boca Raton. Colleen is an amazing manager. Truly feels like a family when you walk in.

Super friendly staff... I'm here almost daily & love this location. Would have given 5 stars but they occasionally get my off the menu drink wrong... other than that, no complaints ☺
