Coffee can't be any worse! Yuk!

I have never liked the taste of Starbucks coffee. It's almost an artificial taste.

If I could post a review with no stars, I would. Upon walking into the store and taking my place in line (behind one other customer) I was met with a sharp, rude sigh, the most dramatic eye roll I have ever seen, and a bitter greeting of, "no, after him we are done." This pleasant greeting was followed by the lovely barista sweeping her hands at me in a frantic motion, aggressively begging me to leave. Christina, you should not have a job. Or at least a few months of training and a class to teach you customer service. I would have been perfectly happy to leave if asked to leave approriately. Instead, I am disgusted.

Always great service!

Not a fan of Starbucks, they should contact McDonald's on how to make coffee. Not talking about the fancy name stuff with ice and sweet, I'm talking about regular Joe coffee.

As an in store Starbucks, it's not quite up to a standalone Starbucks, and seems like it costs more. There is only the site's rental seating, which doesn't give the coffee house feel, but what can you expect. It's a convenient location, though

Usual Starbuck coffee and good service. Was out of vanilla but promptly and courteously restocked.

I travel all over the Asheville Madison and Yancey area for work and this is by far the worst Starbucks there is. I avoid gas station coffee because it's more akin to brown water than coffee and this Starbucks is no different. Even the dark roast with a shot of espresso is super weak. I would avoid this Starbucks if possible. Apparently there is a coffee shop just down the road. Service isn't the best either.

Tea was good. Overcharged for a Venti Passion Tea. Paid over $5.25 for a drink that is normally about $3.00. Tried to talk to staff and they would not acknowledge mistake. This is a non caffeinated drink and I was charged for a Refresher (which does have caffeine) plus $1.00 for 2 extra pumps of classic sweetener. When I asked why and explained I get this exact drink all the time in the exact size the girl just said “A venti? I never of it costing that.â€. My advice stay with a REAL Starbucks who has staff that understands their product and have had proper training. I told the girl I would not be back and. Definitely my mistake to go to an Ingleslocation. Sorry to the stand alone Starbucks across the street I won’t do it again.
