Worker was rude. Starbucks stars have a lower worth even tho the app says different. All shops should be the same. Expensive and wouldn’t let me get no ice. She said “ if u don’t get Ice im only going to fill it half way. I know those tricks†when I was just not getting ice because I don’t like ice. Very rude when they said it too. Bad service.

They were nice but did not know how to make all the drinks like a regular Starbucks store, English was hard to speak and understand

The staff do not greet you or say good morning nothing I do not have to give you my business taken me for granted is a mistake. If I say good morning to you a reply is not much to ask. I will more than likely will skip this location.

Google asks me to review places I've been. While yes, I was here, I can't give you a review of their coffee because after waiting in line e over 30 minutes, and still not in the door, we left. So I guess all I can review is their speed of service, or lack there of. Perhaps it wasn't slow employees, but an insufficient number of them.

Made drinks incorrectly twice it took over 20 minutes and was rudely informed they were busy because they were located in the airport. Ended up tossing both drinks, I have visited Starbucks in several different locations across the country and have never had a worse experience.

It’s 20 minutes after their opening time and they are still closed, setting up. There is a huge line waiting. Worst ever.

Crazy long line (3 dozen people) at 0700 with only one register going. Need to have a coffee only-credit only queue, this would probably eliminate 50% of the wait time, if not more.
