Starbucks

Today 9/19/19 at 8:35 I placed my specialty coffee order. It was 8:55 and my coffee wasn't ready, I am disappointing experience. The app says orders take 3 to 7 minutes, but this is not accurate.

Ordered a Matcha Soymilk Latte, they gave me a Ti Soy Latte. After telling them, they reluctantly made me a latte with basically no liquid in it. No patience and not professional at all.

Great coffee. A bit slow in the service department. Recommend.

Easily the worst Starbucks in the area. Loud and chaotic. Staff seem poorly trained, unmanaged, and lacking in customer service.

Always good service although sometimes very long lines. Can't wait until this joins the mobile ordering to skip the lines.

My go-to place when downtown. Friendly, considerate people. Nice place to sit with butcher block type tables.

Starbucks has good for and their espresso is also a very good price. This Starbucks has very slow service and is always really, really busy. The homeless used to go in here but I don't see them anymore.

Waited forever for a reluctantly made cup of water after ordering 3 coffees for myself and my friends. The lady asked me if I ordered something else, and managed to pour 2 other drinks before giving me my water.
