Thia place is too small for the amount of people who visit this place. Also, no place to sit to enjoy your drink, but it is the best they have done because the smell in there us soo unpleasant, you want to get your drink and run or dont get any drink at all Omg. They should sanitize this place or change location. I wont be returning to this location

Don't really go here for the coffee but their latte's and any new drink they may have for season. I enjoy the seasonal drinks and Amy new items they add to their menu.

the staff is *always* awesome. (can't front: i feel special when they recognize me when there are gaps in my visits 😀) i enjoy the coffee and sandwiches. the temp inside the store was deliciously cool on this hot nyc day. this starbucks store at 118th & 8th is IT. 😊

THE BEST! I have been a Starbucks regular in quite a few places but never have the baristas been more impressive than here! They are friendly, kind, and remember my order in a cheerful not pushy way. I am so in love with this Starbucks. It has also been recently renovated and is exceptionally clean. The people are what make it truly great though. This Starbucks is a hidden gem.

Went with friends. They didn't have what I wanted, eventhough i had ordered it the day before in the Bronx, Bay Plaza. It was on the board list. Guy said it's a Seasonal drink, so i didn't get anything. I did goto Paramus, N.J. the day after and they had it too. So hmmm. Lucky i didn't get anything because my friends did not like the way their drinks came out, they were upset. We will not be going to that spot again.
