Love there coffee so much!!!

The customer service is very poor here. The woman working the cash register lacks in being friendly to customers. I was there between 2:30 and 3:00. I wasn't the only one noticing. The guy in front of us said she was like that every day. I understand that the woman need to work but not as the representative of Starbucks.

Wonderful people and coffee !!

This is a very nice Starbucks location. Prompt service and my orders are always usually done right. It's very relaxing atmosphere with very kind associates. I'll definitely be back.

This is my first time trying this store in battleground avenue. This store has a drive-thru. There is outside sitting area which is very large and then there are a number of tables and seats available inside and there is a large study table. Stuff is very attentive and helpful.

If you like Starbucks, then take this as a five. I find their coffees to be overpriced, bitter and unnecessarily strong. The service is excellent (hence the 2 stars).

I was in line several minutes before closing and when I pulled up to order was told no order would be taken since it was after 8:00 pm “per store policy”. I noted I had been in line for 5 minutes, the closed sign was placed behind my vehicle, and it was still 8:00, all to no avail. I came out specifically to get coffee as my coffee grinder just stopped working this evening. Very POOR customer service. Skip the drive thru and order elsewhere.

Consistency is one of the key attributes of a great place and this location certainly has it. Can't say that for all Starbucks but definitely this place. Bravo to the team.

Expensive but who cares, I live this place.

Starbucks always seems to hire genuinely nice people!!
