Consistency slow service and incorrect orders. Baristas and cashiers across the board act as if it's their first day *ever* working at a Starbucks and look at you as if you have three heads when you place an order.My order today: one tall iced red eye & one grande red eye with hazelnut.What I recieved today: one tall hot coffee with melting ice & one grande red eye with no hazelnut. When you're paying $4+ for a good coffee, and waiting 15 minutes in line, you expect better service and better coffee.

This Starbucks is pretty much like other locations, Nice and cozy. I love Starbucks and have been frequenting various locations in NYC for many years now. I must tell you that the only drawback is that "Several" people come into this Location just to use the restroom. They Buy nothing and feel that it's their right to use the Restroom - even rudely bang on the door if you take more than 30 seconds in there. So I'm a paying customer "a well paying customer" and I'm forced to wait in a line of 6,7 or even 8 people whom haven't spent one thin dime in the store, to use the restroom.

It's a beautiful Starbucks location. I love the simple, bold, and inviting design with a prominent round-shaped vent hood over the espresso machines. This round shaped hood gives this place a lot of character. No sily, tiny round tables here, all tables have rectangular shapes, so it's easy to use your laptop if you can find a table. 😜There's also a clover machine here, if you like to extract all those wonderful coffee aromas from the beans.
