Generally pretty quick when you go through the drive through. Ordering inside takes a bit longer but understandably so.

Coffee! Love that they put the grounds out for the garden.

Accurate orders but a little slow

Great staff. Long line in drivethru goes rather swiftly most days.

Neenah Starbucks is by far one of the best stores I have ever been to. The staff is fantastic, especially Heather. She always goes out of her way to take care of me and makes me feel valued. Everyone is friendly and I always have a great tasting cup of coffee.

This Starbucks location is well-run and clean. My only complaint would be that the seating is frequently at capacity or very close.

I absolutely love their blended ice frappuccinos, i highly recommend, pricing can come up a little but you can't get better drinks!

The service at this location has always been great. However, this time we experienced poor customer service. We walked in and noticed 3-4 staff standing there talking. They looked at us, did not acknowledge us and continued to talk (we were the only ones waiting in line). We stood there for 5 minutes waiting while seeing 5 cars leave the drive thru. Then someone finally took our order. For the price of the drinks customers pay, service should always be on point. We will not return to this location.

Coffee is always good and hot at Starbucks!

I go here quite often with my daughter and her friend and almost every single time they get their drinks wrong. I'm not exaggerating to say that I have gone there 15 times in the last two weeks and not one time have they given my daughter her drink without whipped topping even though every single time she asks for no whipped topping (she hates it), then when we go in and tell them they act like we did something wrong. One time the lady actually said "what's the big deal just avoid the whip cream God" I was flabbergasted.

Always so fresh and delicious food and refreshing drinks. Customer service is always amazing! I love Starbucks!

Great place to get a cup of coffee but the size of the location is a little cramped for the volume of business they do and the drive through can be pretty much impossible to utilize if there's enough cars in it.

Timely service and quality customer care. Chai latte was great and bathrooms are very clean. Very popular and well used store for any pick me up beverages or small meals

Great service remarkable how sweet the woman at the window was when it's only 6:30 a.m. busy and cold outside. Great coffee.
