Starbucks

Good coffee a bit pricey. But good.

Brain dead. Just stopped in on my way back to DC. No eye contact. No receipt. No reply when I said thank you [for making my drink]. No acknowledgement when I said it a bit louder to ensure they knew I was thankful.The entire time the baristas held a conversation between themselves.Pathetic.(Time of visit: Thursday, sept 6, 5:15pm)

This is my favourite Starbucks around the world.All of the people who works there always polite and efficient, pretty much all the time!

So slow! There were 3 people ahead of me and it took them 20min. I am not laying. She was talking, moving slowly.....

Drive through is tight but is a nice benefit

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about the Morning crew of workers are the best. Yes they have a good time working so what. I always get my coffee within 5-10 minutes. They are definitely in my top 10 Starbucks locations.

Slowest starbucks in the world, like holy cow. I wait at least a half hour every damn time.

The evening crew sucks, they are slow as crap and really rude. I myself am in retail and their customer service is terrible!

Great place

Drive through line moves slow during lunch time, but staff members are friendly. Popular spot in town.

Polite staff and drive through available. The parking lot is a bit small and the neighboring Chick Fil A reserved some of the spots along the side of the lot. It can get hard to find a spot sometimes, so I usually just breeze through the drive thru. Sometimes they get a bit backed up (Saturday mornings are nightmarish) but it's expected.

I was overcharged by 33% on a drink. The guy acted like he had no idea what was going on. 2 stars only because the other worker offered me a dollar our of own pocket. I refused due to his generosity but everyone needs to watch how the chubby white guy charges them.
