The baristas and staff behind the counter have no agency or sense of urgency when it comes to preparing mobile orders. Ordering in advance on the app does nothing to reduce your in-store wait time - the app will indicate your drink is ready, but you'll still end up waiting 10+ minutes at the store to have your drink physically brought to the mobile order pick up section. I've seen wait crowds reach uncomfortably high numbers and you can see the agitation grow. Better organization/flow is an absolute must, and I would ask management to stress the importance of putting out drinks as soon as they are ready.

I orderd a hot chocolate and a vanilla scone and it was delicious. The egg sausage and cheese sandwich is very good too. The store itself is very clean as well as the rest room. There is usually a long line here but it moves fast.

I would have rated it 5 stars, had they had wall outlets for customer use -- but I might still want to give them 5 stars later.I have found this a nice place to study, and for randomly meeting various people. I have met a traveller, a programmer, and a few photographers, each of whom have enriched my personal amd professional pursuits.
