Great coffee, and the protein bowl was delicious, well priced and filling! Some staff not so friendly but others excellent (went there quite a bit during our stay, with our hotel only a short walk away). Very limited seating and can get quite crowded...definitely a 'buy and go' Starbucks!

The lack of knowledge, concern or care from Zenzee is both appalling and not expected at Starbucks! It is bad enough this location has done away with the restroom (telling people to go down the block to another Starbucks) but to have poor service just adds to the sour experience.

She literally, made me a frappuccino with ice coffee instead of espresso shots and told me they ran out of whip. Awful baristas I couldnt believe they would do something like that. Watch them make your drinks

Another Manhattan Starbucks with no restrooms for clients. Barrister was very rude about it which really made it worse.

Rude baristas. One yelled at a gentleman for asking for no foam. The other didn't hear me say yes three times to whip cream so he yelled at me in front if whole store that I needed to show myself so he could hear me. It was crowded and busy, I get that, but don't need to yell at people rudely.

Employees are very rude to customers. Facility has a restroom yet the rude workers refuse to let paying customers use the facilities. Starbucks needs to do a better job of putting better trained and customer friendly employees at this location

Multiple rude responses to preceeding customers as well as to our party. Staff argued with one another and seemed stressed out... No excuse when one is paying $5 a cup!

Today, as with other days, the street in front of this Starbucks location was filthy. Two bags of coffee grounds with their wet contents tossed out into the street. In my Hell's Kitchen neighborhood this seems to be business as usual. It took a month of exchanges to get the branch at 52nd Street and 8th Avenue to dispose of its boxes and trash properly. At 56th Street and 8th trash is a recurring problem.

Fast service, thank you. There is another, much larger Starbuck's at the other end of the block (47th and Broadway) but it is always packed. I prefer this one because I can get in and out quickly.

Tables are dirty, staff looks depressed, and the coffee is Starbucks "quality". Worst Starbucks in the area.

It’s April 25th 2019, and I am so happy! I was desperate for a little pick me up/treat after an incredibly long day. I popped in at 11:15 (which I already felt bad about because 15 minutes to close) and ordered my drink. Let me tell you. IDK who the two working were (I didn’t get their names) but they were AMAZING! A woman and a man. So I need this location to know... The closers on April 25th, 2019 deserve a raise, or promotion or SOMETHING because they truly made my hard day feel a little lighter. Thank you. â¤ï¸
