Drinks out of stock. Restroom for staff only. Loud music. And if that wasn't enough, we got kicked out because they needed space to receive a delivery!

What an awesome experience at a Starbucks in the city. It's rare you find kindness and attention at a busy Starbucks the day after Christmas. With lines to the door and lots or orders coming in, Kamika took care of us with a smile. What an amazing experience at a NYC Starbucks on a very busy day!! Unexpected service and care at Starbucks!! Kudos to this team at this location!!

Any other day would be 5 stars but today I am annoyed. When they are busy, they have a tendency to get your order wrong. I will be going back to the other Starbucks on 53rd.

I've never had this kind of horrible experience from any car wash place in my life. Not at all worth of your money for what you get. The options are so confusing and deceiving. I spent over $70 and they didn't even touch to clean any interior but the windows. I left the place with my car still full of dust and not vacuumed enough. I'm not even expecting the job to the level of detailing at all. What I expected was feeling of "just cleaned" car feel after spending that much. When complained the store manager and so called boss had that attitude of "you spend more money I will do that" kind of attitude. Won't recommend this place to anyone in my life and will never go back.

Best Starbucks experience I’ve had the pleasure to have had. They are so efficient and are so cordial to the morning rush crowd. No line is too long for these baristas and cashiers working at full speed and full efficiency. They don’t know my name but remember what I get every morning and I’ve only been there about a handful of times. Keep up the great work! Management, do something special for these guys!!
