Only two people on the floor. Terrible service, snarky cashier with no patience resulting in the wrong drink made. Barista was pleasant and made another but totally forgot about an iced tea we ordered because he was overwhelmed. Served my daughter mouldy vanilla scones and was annoyed when it was brought to her attention. Place messy and needed to be cleaned. Normally Starbucks is great but would not recommend this location.

They were playing old school Janet Jackson and Destiny's Child on the music system. 5 stars just for that. Also the service was fast.

One of the most personable Starbucks in NYC, especially considering how many there are. Jay, Emily, Kyle, and Madison - you guys are too awesome. Always remember my name, my drink and always chatting and always got good vibes. I make it an effort to go there every day even if it’s out of my way to get to work. Thank you guys!

This location is on 45th in Times square. The service was great and the baristas are very courteous. I used my birthday redemption from my phone app, for my grande salted caramel mocha. Even though i live in Texas, there was not a problem. And if you ever gone to the Starbucks then you know the lines are always long. Even though there was a line here the wait was fairly easy and not long at all I think I was out in less than 5 minutes. And the coffee tasted great no adjustments needed to be made. Great location.

They are the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've worked near by for a few years and everyone calls it Slowbucks. The crew would rather photobomb tourists pics than make drinks.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff are very unfriendly and rude as well as extremely slow. There is also no bathroom for customers to use.
