Good service

My drink was perfect and the atmosphere was claiming...perfect!

I broght my mom here, and she can see she is the eldest in the shop. Good location

There are a lot of great independent coffee shops in the area, but this Starbucks has actually ended up being my favorite place to stop in and get a drink. The staff there are the perfect mix of friendly and skilled. If you go more than a couple times you'll end up loving the crew of baristas there, like Ellie, Julia, and the so-called K-dot. They make the perfect caramel macchiato, and I assume that applies to other drinks as well. And K-dot seems to be constantly working to keep the place clean. The space itself is also really nice. It's set into the ground, but the big windows bring in plenty of natural light. The large wooden table in the center is a wonderful place to hang out, and you'll get a steady flow of foreign visitors all speaking different languages. If I had one complaint it is that there are no outlets right at the big wooden table (there are some available at the sides). I guess there can never be the perfect Starbucks, but this one comes pretty close.

This was my first time to a Starbucks in NYC. I had great service and I would like to thank Mya for her patience and assistance with the app. Much appreciated!! Thanks to her great customer service I will definitely will be back.

Starbucks has good for and their espresso is also a very good price. This Starbucks has very slow service and is always really, really busy. The homeless used to go in here but I don't see them anymore.

More seating than you expect in this neighborhood. Otherwise it's a regular Starbucks.
