Starbucks

I would really like to write a good review on this Starbucks but based on my last three visits, this is one of the worst locations. The staff is HORRIBLE. They yell at customers to get their attention, mock the music they play and stand around while shifting blame when something doesn’t get done. I order a sandwich, pay for it and then stand around for close to 10 minutes while they decide who’s going to make it. Are these the best people you can find to work this store? I blame the management more than the staff. Get your act together people!

They don’t read online orders had to go back and tell the lady my order wasn’t made right and it still wasn’t fixed

The staff here constantly lie and will screw up your drink. I've cought them adding regular milk when I asked for almond two times in a row. If you have any dietary restrictions you should avoid this place like the plague.

Every employee here has a MAJOR chip on their shoulder. I’ve given them a few tries thinking maybe the cashier was just having a bad day but it’s been the same experience with every employee I’ve interacted with every time. I was the only customer in the store when I went in last and all workers pretended to be occupied doing other things for a solid minute before acknowledging me. Not going back.

This place always seems busy but i could say That for every Starbucks I've visited in Chicago.

I have been a daily customer of the Starbucks for over one year. Today I stopped for my normal Venti Blond but did not have enough on my card so I asked the Barista if I could use my Rewards apparently she was new so she asked for assistance from one of the other workers. they told me my balance and said I owed $.06 I proceeded to give her $1.00 which she snatched out of my hand and told me I had an attitude. I told her that she was rude and she proceeded to tell me i had an attitude and that is the reason she snatched my money. This young lady should not be allowed to speak to customers in such a vulgar manner. I never said anything negative to her to cause her to treat me the way that she did

Horrible service at this location, one time I stood there like a putz for a long time and nobody came over and another time I asked for no ice and they put more ice in there than an Arctic circle glacier. Super lazy, incoherent people here.

One of the worst run Starbucks in the city. Employees just sand around and chit chat, don’t pay attention to the customers and take forever to make the drinks. I understand making sb drinks is hard but the employees literally play around while making the drinks. I try not to go to this location but it’s conveniently in the same building I work.

Had the best Starbucks experience! Got lost my first time trying to find my job downtown, the lady directed me and when i came back at the end of my shift she even remembered me and asked how my day was. They made the most perfect latte and their red velvet loaf was delicious!Thank you to the staff on 1/17

Good Starbucks location. These guys are solid and fast at getting your coffee.
