Starbucks

I visited this store in May and have never witnessed such a negative attitude from staff and they even got my order wrong. Today (December) it was a great improvement! Staff were friendly and my coffee was great. Sure it’s cramped in the store but speedy, friendly staff who get it right makes up for it. Keep it up, please! Such a great location!

Bad attitude. I have been waiting for the drink for at least half hour. Few people behind me already got the drink. Finally, drink is there but she is not put the cream and talk to her coworker. So l ask her can she give the drink first. She was very impatient to put the tap on and give me. I said you didn't put the cream yet. She was so mad to put the cream and her coworker told me got to said thank you.

No idea why that fat girl is still working there. I didn't care to know her name. She's rude and impatient. Managers need to be aware of the kind of people they hire. You can't hire trash and expect gold.

I ordered from the app exactly 15 mins before arriving, there was no reason my order didn't start being mate till I arrived. They acted as if they didn't even know my order existed, then got it wrong. 1 drink and a pastry.

This location has mostly standing countertops and only 2 small tables, but you can go to the nice indoor atrium next to the Starbucks for more seating. Received excellent service from Ismael... give that man a raise!

Mould on food!! I told the staff and she just ignored and served another customer!!! RUDE

Same as every other Starbucks. Run-of-the-mill food. Mediocre service. Quick stop for a quick bite or a coffee

This is a normal Starbucks except $$$$$ !!!! How can they charge $6 for a drink? Extortion!

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the city. I understand its a busy store but food and drinks take forever to make here. You'll need to order online 20 minutes beforehand if you want to get your drink. It's also a insanely crowed every single morning. Now they've also put in a policy where you have to ask the baristas for anything you want (milk, stirrers, sugar, etc.) My advice is go to another store or another coffee shop and avoid this one at all costs.

I always love Starbucks and will after the somewhat bad experience I had this morning. During the week the staff is so friendly and know me well in the store at 43and 6th ave , on the weekend it is totally different, ordered a vinti pike this morning it was cold, I ask her to change it for me she had an attitude and gave me a different blend like dark roast or something! That messed up my whole morning, now I am stuck with a nasty coffee that I don't want!

The Worst.So, they have entrances both on 6th and 42nd, I pushed the door on 42nd, and got in, and the lady working there looked at me like I was trash, she was incredibly rude. If I wasn't supposed to use that door, they should've locked it, not treated a customer so badly. She just kept looking at me, locked the door, and didn't took my order, just leaned in the counter waiting for someone else to go downstairs and talk to me. I'm never going back there.

Very slow, with not many customers

What is going on with Newyork City Starbucks! No restrooms.. Not particularly clean. The baristas are not so great... I understand they are busy.... Order food with my Tea and had to wait a long time for my food... they were making regulars there orders first. I understand loyalty. Always remember that the best customer service is to treat everyone with respect.

Good coffee, but a little pricey. Ambience and free Wifi are nice.
