Unbeliveably unprofessional. They closed the store more than 30 minutes early tonight, lied to customers about why they were closing, and said it was because they didn't have any customers... they said that to two paying customers. You can't just close a store that early because there wasn't currently someone in line. Who does that? And they got the manager's permission to close that early.

Did not have 4 of 5 breakfest items

I don't like this type of coffee.

I've been in a few Starbuck's in various locations. This one was odd because the menu signage was very minimal, with a disclaimer saying to download the app for more choices. Otherwise our drinks were fine.

One of the worst Starbucks places. Ordered cappuccino in a mug, got a paper cup full of foam!

Always a problem you can never get bold coffee after whatever 12 in the afternoon the coffee house really not making bold coffee say you have to wait for It just to pour over which is no more than instant coffee to me and spend three bucks almost always been disappointed with Starbucks but If l didn't have a gift card I wouldn't go someday they will realize their a coffee house and have bold coffee as long as they're open I'm sure they're is a lot of people that like bold coffee all times of the day l don't like waiting for a pour-over as I said instant coffee basically as far as you get tired of hearing seasonal with a lot of their drinks if they take off the market because they want to do that like Disney takes off the movies and bring some back like I say thumbs downand as their prices continue to rise I would never pay for a gift card myself not impressed with the owner CEO of joke they settled a lawsuit and pass it off to the consumers boo boo boo👎👎👎

Not the best in lancaster. When I went and walked in, it took them like 5 min to acknowledge me. And the worst part is when I had placed my order I literally waited like 20 min for my drink. That’s ridiculous ! Plus they NEVER apologized for such a long wait time.
