Friendly staff. Needs a bit more training with customer service verbiage. All in all a nice place for a nice cup of tea. The only reason this placed recieved 4 stars is because the wifi doesn't work consistently

The staff members are very friendly. They know how to take your order properly. Every time I take a visit, they always serve me with great smile. Thay also make sure if the drinks are made correctly. Good place to be.

Love this place! Staff are very friendly. If you are in Chinatown, Chicago, this store is the only Starbucks nearby. It's actually in the Jaslin Hotel building.

Very nice Starbucks location. I'm very excited to see that there's finally a Starbucks in Chinatown Chicago. The decor is very nice and unique to Chinatown. There are two single unisex restrooms. There are about 20-30 seats in there. Service was also very satisfactory. Highly recommended.

Starbucks is a great place to go. Have your coffee and do your homework. I took the girl up to Starbucks on Cermak Road and she met a friend and a friend helped her with her homework and they had coffee and delicious sandwiches after. And the next day she passed a finals.

Average coffee place. This one has a slow slow card payment system. They do pay for parking but it's a bit of a walk.
