This starbucks has some really product savvy and kind workers. This morning I had asked a question to male barista about a coffee and he gave an excellent description, personal preference and a few other options and their descriptions. Him as well as his cashier counter part were friendly and greeted me with a smile even at the unpleasant hour of 6 A.M

The Newburyport Starbucks is the best one I have been to. As a regular, I know that going, my order will be right (to perfection!) everytime. Tim is absolutely wonderful. Has a positive attitude every time, and makes an effort to know your name.

I am a regular at the Newburyport Starbucks (weekends and vacations anyway). I order the same drink (going on 16 years now). Today I was talking to one of the new managers (Meghan - May have spelled it wrong). I was complaining about a sore throat and she suggested I try a “medicine ball†tea. It was amazing and is the first thing I’ve found to sooth my throat in a week. I’ve already been back for a second. Thank you for taking the time and helping.

It ain't Dunks kid! That's a win... it's not Dunkin Donuts, ugh. Yes Starbucks is an obnoxious, over-priced, 'trendy' international chain with often bland or borderline rude staff, but at least it's not Dunks. You can get something that resembles real coffee here. Use the app and get a 'free' drink once in a while. If you're a regular patron, it will equate to a couple percent savings over the course of a month.
